I've tried the swup program,than appears : SOFTWARE FROM 18.02.00 AT 16:07:05 WILL BE UPDATE TESTED 100 % TRACECABLE WITH V4 TRYING CONECT TO MOBIL WITH GOLD/HIGOLD BOOT-STRAP-LOADER "AFTER CONECTING WITH GOLD/HIGOLD INVALID CHARACTER RECEIVED!"

I mean that You tried downgrade on c25 (what i saw in Your message). Try another time, cause i had this problem with s25, and after 5-th attempt i was happy. I mean that's a connector foult.
