A55: boot file not accepted after TP - GSM-Forum

I have strange A55. It didn`t turning on and undetecting any program (freia 9, 10, 15). After cutting testpoint it freia can detect it but boot file not accepted. I tried to decrease com port speed, using diffrent phone types but no result.

What shall i do now? is it hw poblem?

Use A55 as phone type and try the 3 differen "Boot Type" options!

The problem was in flash IC. After replacing it, the phone wake up

do i need testpoint b4 this operation?

TP depends on SW version of you phone. 5 and 7 unlocks without TP. Higher versions need Testpoint. Also some 9 versions phones unlocks w/o TP.

open a cable and connect pin 1 with 2 and pin 3 with 5 and pin 4 with 7 like a C62 cable but without extirnal power try it now
