I've siemens A55 v07, is necessary testpoint before unlock?

I'm going crazy...
I've followed this tutorial for unlock A55:
Upgrading A55 to C55

but I don't undestand with which file I must flash eprom, this file is a .fls file?

Yes, the files of Flash, eeporm and bootcore for Freia possess the extension. fls

They just differ in the ad******* Hex

Have attention for not sending the wrong file.
