A60 flashin problem here - GSM-Forum

Does someone know what is problem with A60 that stop flashing on 7%?I have here few phones that worked without no problem and i try to flash them to change language and everyone stoping at 7%.I try all versions of freia result is the same 7% or with vklay 4E00000.Here on forum a lot of people have same problem like me so someone said "change you flash chip" is that the problem???True is that this phones stop writing at bootcore area(please corect me if i'm wrong) so i try to flash them with vklay and disable boot area writing and same thing happend stops at 4E00000.
Once again a lot of people have this problem is it possible that all have bad flash chip or maybe (it is only my idea)siemens somekind locked rewriting of bootcore area.

Please someone with more experience on this problem help here.

I forget to write that i rehot flash ic and all board, same thing.
