Al21 cannot flash

I HAVE GOT ONE AL21 IN BLINKING CONDITION. I HAVE TRY TO FLASH IT BUT THIS ERROR.

...because you have AMD flash inside, use the lower version of Joker (3.2.4) and baudrate to 11500...

flash 16mb file with joker 3.5.6c with most lower baud rate .
all will be ok ......... if there is no hardware problem.
