Al21 cannot flash

I HAVE GOT ONE AL21 IN BLINKING CONDITION. I HAVE TRY TO FLASH IT BUT THIS ERROR.

flash 16mb file with joker 3.5.6c with most lower baud rate .
all will be ok ......... if there is no hardware problem.
