C55 flashfile download needed (Danish language)

Hi

Anyone have a link for downloading a software version for C55 that supports Danish language...

I need fls or bin, have tried to download the program at siemens.com but this program cannot use my USB cable to upgrade....SST will however do it..

Have acutally revived a dead phone, only problem is that the owner probably want to have other languages than English and Polish or similar..

If you have it please share :-)

Yes it has but if i f.ex set it to be COM2 i can use it with SST as com2 and freia as com2 but if i shut down those programs and open the siemens update proggy it will only see COM1 and not COM2 ...

I dont know why but it seems that the update program from Siemens will only see "real" comports ???

I got a couple of flashes from ROBISH_GSM (Thanks for them ROBISH) and i will try them out tomorrow and i hope that they will contain Danish language..

If not i will have to try to either set up a com emulator program to log what comes out of the update program or maybe see if i can "open up" the exe file and extract the bin/fls file from there..

Well my cable is installed correctly and recognized in the control panel as COM2 port..

The cable works ok and is recognized in SST but the update software downloaded from Siemens website says that only COM1 is found (Com1 is onboard, real comport)..

If i disable com1 in the BIOS then it says that NO comports were found. I even tried to make the USB-serial cable COM1 when the real com1 was disabled but it will not recognize it..

PS. No i dont have SST or other programs running so it is not because there is another program that has the port accessed..

Tried it on 2 different computers and same result so it must be a problem with the program/cable..

Did you try upgrading C55 or only newer ? Asking because it might be because they started supporting emulated comports in software for newer phones..

This really annoys me as it should be a walk in the park doing this upgrade but it seems almost impossible now :-(

Does winswup have software for the phone included or do i have to get that seperately ?

Asking because if i need it seperately i will be in the same "mess" that i am in now..

All i really need is a file with Danish language for C55 that can be programmed with SST as i can easily program the phone with SST...

Would it be possible to take another C55 with the right language pack and read out the contents and program this into the other phone... (If i can find someone with such a phone..)..

Alternatively could someone with a C55 program their phone with their cable with the danish soft and read it out ?? (Then i just need someone to do this program and read operation )

Yes, you can also read the LG from another phone and write it to your one
