i hav siemens a55, grounded the testpoint, but still saying, on freia, bootfile not accepted, phone version is 11

Just Cut test point and with freia unlock ur fone....
I did 11 of them today with out problem..

hello mates,

i have A55 network locked. how to unlock? what is test piont?

i have universal programmer and its cable please guide me what should i do now??

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CUT ANYTHING FOR THE A55!

You need simple serial data cable from PC to phone (no programmer). Download Freia 15 from my site. Connect phone with good battery and no SIM. Run Freia, choose A55.
In next steps, when Freia says "Power on", just quickly press ON once.

Select Read flash and first read EEPROM 1 then read Firmware.

Now select Unlocking and "Direct unlock also saves map". Hit Use original IMEI to start unlocking.

When you've done that, have a look at how to make your A55 into a C55 - also on my site!

Where is your site? link on name doesn't work and are you sure you don't beed it with v11 ? all other posts say you do need testpoint

Homesite now fixed!

All I can say is that I've unlocked a v10 with serial cable only and Freia 15. I then successfully upgraded it to a C55 in the same way.
