...regarding to your question, on most posts is explained "How to unlock" E-Gold phones with Joker. Only you need to search...
See on attachemment (only change word A65 with A70, of course, search for the testpoint picture in Joker -> TP).

Just make in 4 step unlock
it's safe and work, just try.
1.First calculate skey.
2.Enter skey in phone(if don't want normal, try from service mode)
3.Now press field 5008 in software(this will clear only network and user lock)
4. enjoy your phone


P.S.
without TP not work.
if you use prolific cable, work with hight speed, if not try low speed.
