...of course. Is verry possible to be damaged the bootcore area. You need to cut way (make testpoint) and try to unlock again (use option ReCalc All Keys). If not working, post here the log file from Joker to see...

...download archive s55_v20.rar
and use (with Joker) bootcore flash file "S55lg95Sw20_80-01_BC.bin".
Remember to unlock your phone after flash...
