2pcs of siemens a31 dead
try to flash with joker last version but alwayse get this error
i've try com1 calbe and usb-com cable
can any one help plz

bro set com speed to 57600 and all is ok

Select lower speed or use version 0343 and model cf110.

use 0343 version and modle ax72 as cubafreak said or chk the bandruate.

First use the full flash and then use eprom to write in the phone then calc skey then send skey then put the phone in service mode then Read + Calc Skey select yes and the phone is ok.
