finally ,i get the code for the phone by imei
now,is how to enter this code
is there any procedure??

To see on what level is locked to phone type *#0606#

I have a PUK code for the Siemens CF62T that I got from T-Mobile, but I am not able to use it to unlock my phone. I have checked the lock level and it says "Unbarred" on all of them except the 2nd line says "Multiple Lock." I have tried the unlock code above, but it is still not working. Any suggestions?
