New to siemens need help please

Hello guys
im quite new to siemens mobiles its different from others
i was searching on the net & i found this is the best siemens forum i saw
i have some questions please

i tried to upgrade a55 with WINSWUP but it works on some phones but on another it dosnt work
is there difference between some phones(i mean hardware)
I dont understand what are the testpoints

Of course is there a difference!

For A55 u need a Winswupfile for A55
For C60 u need a Winswupfile for C60
For S55 u need a Winswupfile for S55
...so go on!

I already done that i have winswup file for a55 but it didnt work for my a55 it works with me on another a55's
only on my a55 didnt work
so i was thinking maybe there is a different between 2 a55s

im searching for another way to flash a55 any idea?

1. Check phone type! Exist a55 to c55 update solution, then phone type is c55 in a55-cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Check SW version. Downgrade with Winswup not possible!

3. If wour phone unlocked by testpoint (cut track T9), Winswup not work never! Check this by Freia, no need opening the phone. If repair T9 testpoint not possible try with fullflash solution!

4. Go to the serial parametrs and try with speed 57 600!

my problem now is not to convert my a55 to c55
im confused that my a55 cant upgraded with winswup with normal a55 file & when i tried on another phones it works only yesterday another phone comes to me & have the same problem !!!
I cant understand whats happens only for my phone i checked every thing is possible tried to change winswup speeds no thing it works on another phones only for mine not work

Can i update with another solution Like reading flashfile from another a55 working & flash it to my phone if its possible PLEASE Give me the way I will appriciate That

To write an other fullflash from an other A55 into your A55 is bad! Because batteryparameters, contrast....

Try this:

Power on pone
connect with cable
start Winswup
don't set any hook by "skip"
press "start"

now winswup will turn off you phone and start update! It works with an original Siemens cable too!

It seems like working idea im just now doing that i set the speed on the slowest speed so it will take time to do that I will tell you later what happens

I flash with high speed! It works perfect!

I need ~6min for a SL55 update 12MB!

And u don't need the "high speed flashing patch"!

yesterday at midnight I've bought a new one for my friend i test it
on speed 115200 it works perfect
