Siemens A70 unlock ?
 

hi guys,

neither Martech or SST have any info ...

but i have the phone ...
locked to Austria operator ...

i opened the phone,
it have PMB 7860 cpu ...
SW is similiar like A55 or A57 etc.

Flash ic is AMD ... looks like it's 8Mb ...
ram is standardm dialog too.

so ... it's some new hybrid ?


any info about unlocking
would be appreciated ...

so teemobil since there is nothing new about the fone whats the solution to unlocking it.

did You tryed to read security area with Martech ? If it reads it correctly in A52 / 51 Mode, then it should me unlocked within this mode, too ...

Try like A62 A65 :)
A62 A65 A70 A75 are similar

had few myself...

you have to cut the TP as in c55, a52, a55 etc, then use freia and select model a55, a52, c55 (that doesnt matter :)). I have unlocked one a70, this work is similar to unlocking that older models

you are wrong. a75 - may be like a65, i have not do anything with it. but a70 - 100% like a55.

This was made by placing A70 Flash into A60 board - chips are identical
but this - COMM_LoadBoots : EEPROM IMEI (17) is corrupt
makes big problem - looks like Siemens changed imei algorithm, or at least encryption keys(tried on martech box too - same error)

does´nt it work anymore, or what problem did you have with the phone after unlocking? I also have a A70 and want to unlock it, any idea ...?

Phone was & still is operational, even after unlock attempt.

Try to upload prepared MAP-file, not to use direct unlock !

FullFlash was sent to SST & Martech. @others - just wait for a solution, I hope it will be not free fast
