SL55 Filesystem empty after flash...? - GSM-Forum

Anybody seen this problem B4....?

I flashed an SL55 with the firmware read from another SL55 the file name was SIEMENS SL55 LG2 V14 - 00400000-2004.03.01-13.58.58.FLS.

Not normally a problem as I had also used this file before to repair dead phones, but this time all the contents of the Siemens FILESYSTEM were deleted. The folders are still there but the actual tones and pictures etc have been wiped.

Can anyone suggest a way of reloading all these standard files. Any help much appreciated.

Use DES and standard mapinit

Any ideas where I can get DES....?

Oh and ppl please, no answers of use this serach engine or that search etc... If you can be bothered to write that much then some constructive direction needed, else no need to write anything.

well, your flexmem's wiped out coz you was reflash the fullflash taken from other phone.
then your flexmem will be what-n-how the source is.

DES and the original contents of SL55 flexmem should be in a place as Shaaker shown.
