Secured update not possible, device not prepared. - how to avoid it?

After succesfull reviving couple of CX65 with PapuaUtils (10x) i have changen their Bootcores to v.22.
now phones are alive, but with ver.04 so i want to upgrade them to v.50, but...
Winswup 4.09 always gave me this error message -

"Secured update not possible, device not prepared."
How to prepare the phones for upgrade???

ps. solved - PapuaUtils - > forgot to make freeze

Maybe if your phone was in Service mode not Normal, all would be ok?

I had a problem with WINSWUP secured update not possible

I wanted to upgrade my CX70 version 50 to version 56 (0400) Czech.
WINSWUP CX70560400 stopped always at 33% (AMD Flash).
Phone was not working, so I had to connect test point to switch, with PapuaUtils make R65> Falsh>Carry out
CALC.. +SKEY +BootKEY and send....
[is selection R65 ok for CX70 ? I do not know...]
But then in WINSWUP(version 4.12) was not possible to update it... because
message secured update not possible
In the menu was not option to change this
[may be extract or convert to any other winswup.exe + xbz file??]

So I solved this by PapuaUtils Conver > Extract XBZ from serviceWinSWUP32, then Create Base WinSwup32+XBZ and this SWUP(version 4.14) was successful in flashing.
BTW-this created winswup from PapuasUtil has got option update-concept
with two possibilities (1. was selected):
1. Force BSL, unsecured mode
2. Force Secured Mode, customer mode
Phone is now sw56.

maybe that winswup version is important (4.12 was not good for my CX70 AMD flash) so try to use another/higher version of WINSWUP
or try to use/make somehow/ pack of:
[new version of WINSWUP.EXE + XBZ flash content]....
and use this to update your phone...
