I try unlock C6V of SFR but is not possible

SST crack, phone not power on when software say
x65 of Legija is not posible enter in Service Mode, the software read good type of phone, version and IMEI, too read ID HASH and AC but Service Mode is not posible.

Any solution?????

Solder two zener diode 3,3V to RX TX and GND work 100%

I have conect zener 3.17v of pin 2 to pin 4 (Ground to Rx) and now my phone is unlock possible whit x65 unlocker of Legija

i have also done the same
I have conect zener 3.17v of pin 2 to pin 4 (Ground to Rx)

and successfully read phone and "UNLOCKED"
