Battery problem on S65

hi, guys
i've serious problem with the battery on my S65. it least only 2 days without charging. i don't make calls, i almost don't use the phone.
yesterday i've charge the battery and since then it has passed only 12 hours. for those 12 hours my battery is down with 40%.
i've try to connect with Siemens Sensor tools v1.13 but the boot-strap-loader couldn't connect to my S65.
can you help me guys?
if there's no tools to fix the problem, can someone of you send me the eefull area of the flash where were written the values for the battery sensors?
thanks in advance

???? Unfortunately it doesnt sound as if there is anything wrong with your battery, it does not last for long, how long have you had the phone? I've heard it takes a few weeks for it to reach its full potential.

Try SW41 is decreasing some of the light effects to help your battery last more.

the phone is brand new..i've bought it before a mounth ago. but the problem with the battery persist since the first charging.(i've kept the charger connected to phone for a 18 hours just as i know for the Li-Ion tech, for the first charge). i've been in the store where i bought it, and they told me that they couldn't change anything because the battery is not include in the guarantee, but i'm sure that the problem is in the phone, i've try and brand new battery...unfortunately nothing's change.
right now i'm using only 1% of the light level..and still it least only 2 days..without talking, and playing with the phone
i've ME45v28 too and it's battery still least for 7 days even when i talk and doing the things with it. ofcourse the battery of this model is 840mAh, and those of the S65 are 720mAh but this still don't explain a lots of things.
what i'm doing wrong?

P.S.: every time when i charge the battery i first wait to fully discharge. after that never switch the divice on during charge
