I have dead M65. I dont know how it was "killed", I was trying to repair it with solution for phones damaged with eepromtool, but not succeded. I was trying to use PapuaUtils and "replace 76, 5008, 5009, 5077" , "Replace Master", Recalculate Keys in flash" and it says:

I tried to write to phone rapair flash, but vklay do error in about 21% of flashing.
How to repair it? Please help

Write EEPROM, Bootcore, Firmware and unlock the phone after you have done it

I cant write firmware, because there is error in flashing at 21%.

I cant unlock phone by papuautils by SKEY too:

Enter key....
SKey enter !
Wrong key !

What a ***** phone :/ any solutions to repair it?

abou flashing error: check baterry, try lower speed, check cable , other case - change flash bga. btw: what flasher u use?

Battery is full, cable is good too (flashing other phones 100% ok) i use SST 5.32 and Vklay.

I have entered SKEY now (deleted old eeprom and flashed new backup from other m65) and i have factory mode, but when i try to recalculate keys in flash, i have that:

Error code asknowledge command erase segment A0FE0010!
No ask. tocommand writting segment A0FE0010!
Impossible replace block 52!
Replace not good- check phone !

When i want to do "freeze" i have:

Checking value entry and needed block ...
IMEI: 353667005******
Cod(05): OTP blocked !
Cod(0D): Keys writted in BCORE!
In this mode FREEZE impossible !

(mode is set to factory)
how to repair it? :/

Check your batterie or try to use external power supply (3,9V)

I think your battery is empty

Battery is almost full - charged on other phone. Battery voltage: 3909 mV.

Your flash IC unsoldered or damaged, use some good flux and rehot it carefully but better you reball or change it with now one.

I cant write blocks: 0x006E0000-0x006F0000. Other blocks i can write with no problem. I have rehoted flash with flux and there is that same. I can't reball bcause i dont have sieves for that BGA :/
