all master,please help me, i have EF81 hang in camera...when i chose for video,it back to menu...how to solved the problem..??
is it hw/sw problem..??

Try to reset the handset with #9999# and call

100% not soft and not PCB problem. Camera or flex. I have EF81 change PCB not solved problem.
Found small water on display part flex- clean and problem solved/

Me too I have a Benq Siemens EF81 and it's locked to T-Mobile, and I can't use it for my operator
please give me some help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease
