el71 start simens screen then goes off

i have el71 start simens screen then goes off,i av only done couple siemens whem c55 and that,now i read and read,in forum,i tried using test point,but papa util v1.1.1d tell me phone in somthing in fbb mode or ?
this mob i recieve in this condition,i have no back up,please could someone tell me what i do to get this working,
i not know anything hash and so forth,only imei,cos witten on back of mob.

Ok, you receive one EL71 and after boot logo enter in power off, correct?
You try to use papuautils with testpoint, but you received message and you don't know what is this.....
I propouse to go to the specialist, because if you don't know how to use tools, damage your phone
If you want to repair your phone (it is your responsability) make the following steps:
-use X65 Flasher to make backup from your phone: select COM port,baudrate to 115200. Select "Testpoint" option,connect testpoint (in your phone) and click to Connect. Disconnect testpoint (see message in the X65flasher window - you have 3 secconds to disconnect it) and on the window appair your phone identification (EL71 ......). Click on the "Read Flash" and wait...Save your fullflash backup file in the safety place.
-use Papuautils to enter in Service Mode: set COM port, click on "Service Mode" and push shortly Power On button from your phone. You will see in the right window (papuautils application window) identification log. See on the up part of the left window, need to appair your IMEI, phone type, Hardware ID and bootcore type. If everiting is OK, go to the next step. If not, your bootcore area is damaged. Post log if not OK.
-use papuautils to repair your phone: go to "Various" menu and click on "Defragmentation EELITE" and after "Defragmentation EEFUL". Wait to finished, power of phone (from "Settings" menu - "Power OFF") and power on your phone from button. If your phone started normaly, that is. If not (power off after boot logo), enter again in Service Mode and go to "Format FFS" menu and click on "FFS (0)" button. You will loose everityng (address book, phone contacts, menu icons....), but will be uploaded in the factory mode using FFSinit file. See carefully what is writed on the Format FFS menu and do it! Otherwise, damage your phone
So, power of your phone and wait to start (2-3 minutes you will have blank screen. Don't touch! Wait to appair in your phone the main display!
That is.
P.S. Exist the other methode (if your phone don't started after defragmentation), to fullflash your phone using the other fullflash file, but you need after to unlock your phone....
In the all steps, you need to use the service cable, not data cable!!!

...hmm,
you have DCA140 cable... This cable not working for flashing/unlocking. Use DCA 100 or DCA110 cable.
Regarding to Format FFS, I don't use this option (prefer to fullflash again...). After click on "FFS (0)" button and your phone is power off, push Power On button and wait....
