HELP SL65 dead - GSM-Forum

Hi mate,

I have a problem with SL65
I make the unlock process with papua - mapper - EEprom tool
but when I have connected the phone with eeprom tool phone always turned off himself in few time.
So i try and try and always the same thing.
Finaly I decide to do it in testmode (phone stay on in testmode)
BAD idea just one block writed to the phone and error, so the phone just beep now.

I don't know what to do now : complet flash with Veklay (saved password boot for Vklay work fine) or other
please need Help !

here is the detail when I try again the complet process:

AutoIgnition...
Transmit Boot...
Boot loaded ...
Pause 2 sec...
Retrieve information...

#Then go to code#
Calculate SKEY an BKEY
Keys calculated good :
BOOTKEY: 48C4E7B291FAFF80E34F6CD05F022EBC
SKEY: 90357328

Recalculate HASH&BKey from ESN & SKey
New HASH: 6C65446B64CC1818683F1096FE9DC819
New BOOTKEY: 48C4E7B291FAFF80E34F6CD05F022EBC

#Then go to settings#

Booting in "Service mode"...
Press P.ON !
AutoIgnition...
Transm. Boot...
Booting in Service Mode Ok
Wait to power on phone ...

Enter ServiceKey in phone...
SKey enter !
Wrong KEY !

#Then oppen the mapper and make map then oppen the tool EEprom#

INIT OK
Load map OK
SAVE SELECTED
5008 : Error ?15 (WBlockInfoQuery) while writing block ? 5008...
You can retry writing skip this block or abort whole writing process.
Same thing for 5009 and 5077

Problem is Block 0076 was writed and now the phone don't turn on and beep

I post the method here maybe can help many peoples:

In my mind the problem of this phone wase:
Battery voltage 65534 mV.
Âíèìàíèå: Failure battery settings !
this explain maybe why the phone turn off on EEprom tools

So I make a full flash with Vklay
and after:
Battery voltage 3858 mV.
That's right !

Then with papua flash tool:
Recalculate Keys in Flash
and DO JOB :
Boot unlock .
Checking values SKey from page "CODES" ...
Using Skey: 90357328
AutoIgnition...
Transmit Boot...
Boot loaded ...
Pause 2 sec...
Retrieve information...
FlashID: 0089,880D
SIEMENS SL65 354220008150787
HASH: 6C65446B64CC1818683F1096FE9DC819
OTP ESN: DCCF316C
OTP IMEI: 354220008150787
All EEP blocks: 230

Use winswup (I can give it to you) and FFSInit (I can also give it to you)

WAOUU just repaired 2 other C65 from my old stock off dead phone
by the same way.

Remember mate the Recalculate Keys in Flash fonction from Papuas soft
is MAGIC !

Thanks Chris but no way to enter the T9 with Siemens software
not working for me Just if somebody have full fubu flash for SL65
and C65 with French please Share

You problem is your cable. I wrote you via mail how to modify it.

You can use the T9 file I gave to you for all x65 phone (except A65)

I had the same problem with a TELFORT SL65 V50

You can fix it faster....

1. Connect phone with papua in service mode (custommer)...(you already have SKEY)
2. Open EEPROM tools and write eeprom backup (that youve made before unlocking)
3. You get some errors that it can't write certain eeprom blocks....just ignore it and resume eeprom writing.
4. After that phone is still dead, but battery settings are repaired then....
5. So in papua tools you can connect again and use the Recalculate Keys in Flash....
6. Phone is alive again

Its almost the same as posted above...but it's much faster
