Invalid HW in M65 - GSM-Forum

I have fullflashed my M65 with a Repair flash and i cant get service or normal mode, papua says:

Booting in Service Mode Ok
Wait to power on phone ...
Phone was OFF by error :

Invalid HW

How to repair that?

some phone have diferent Size Full flash sow try with other with diferent size
