Need help decustomize C72V (vodafone) - GSM-Forum

Hi folks.
Have bought this Italian Siemens-Benq C72V yesterday.
C72V Sw.16 variant: B115
I want to get rid of the stupid Vodafone menu i cannot use (i'm not vodafone) and all this crappy "How are you" and "Goodbye" stuff in stupid Megan Gale's art.
Have now with papua the full access of the phone (am in factory Service).
Calculated HASH etc.

I have this problems:
Pushing Papua's "Read EEP BKEY": the logs are:
"Reading Bootkey from EEPROM...
Record Bootkey is absent from EEPROM
Can not Read BootKEY from EEPROM!"

Trying to format the FFS it says:
"Order Format FFS - Error!"

I simply want to totally rewrite the EEPROM firmware of the phone from a fresh one taken from siemens website. C72 version.
Now the question:
- Is it possible to do this? and how?
- which kind of firmware (variant) must I upload, to do the right thing?
- any helps, hints?

Read Full flash from other phone, and make UserSWUP, tick recalc keys from codes page (keys of ur C72V);
Flash with that userSwup !

Hello. Simply cannot flash from another phone (i haven't any other).
where can I find fresh flash file for my Siemens C72?
that dam**ed C72_xxxxx.xbz_service.exe?

Now let's see if I have done my homeworks good:
1) have loaded in papua Your C72FF.bin and have "Recalc Full flash" button
2) have saved in a new file MyC72.bin
3) have cleaned MyC72.bin "Clean BCORE" button and saved it MyC72_clean.bin
3a) DO I MISS OTHER STEPS?... perhaps TICKS what you wrote?
4) ...the problem is.... and now?
I think I have to flash it in my phone
You tell me using UserSWUP ...perhaps to flash to the phone?
Here comes the hard thing! what to do? I do not have UserSWUP
What about bootcore/freeze... i read in other posts?

No, no, no !

See convertor page in papuautils, and press " Conversion FullFlash in XBI or UserSWUP " ...
Choose provided flashfile, and tick "recalc keys from the keys page" (phones original keys you have read) ...
Save as UserSWUP ...
SWUP the phone with it ... Is it difficult ?

What about if the WinSWP opened and connected to my phone via com4, does not see my phone?....

Generally PapuaUtils makes UserSWUP on the same COM port number which you are using in PapuaUtils itself ... (Or else, it will be on COM 1)

Or you can press "Config" to choose it manually, but it may crash your pc ...

P.S.
Connect the phone to UserSWUP powered OFF, with ticked Pre-Check, and short press on button of a phone ...

How can I save my old firmware original branded C72V so in any case of crash I can return back, before flashing to my phone?
perhaps using SIMENS EEPROM tools? or also with papua?
Are in the file that you gave me also the italian language.
