Right

Try to format the phone.

Save your data at your MMC or at your PC.

Is it possible to make a backup of the phone? Into the SX1 there is an option "Backup" but into the S65 I think there isn't.. If there isn't he option how can I make a backup? I just to copy all files with the Siemens Data Suite (I think it's too boring..)?
