S65 sim card error - GSM-Forum

i have siemens S65 with such problem replacing near sim connector crystal IC give no result.... fullflash also gave nothing! withouty IC phone writes insert sim what is the problem? can anybody help me!

as i wrote problem is not in the ESD filter... something else! i think replace CPU will solve problem
