S75 freezes after flash. Formating fixes it, but all files are gone - GSM-Forum

I have a S75 and flashed it using full flash from Martech. But after flashing, phone freezes when browsing files, and changing languages etc.

Then i tried for format FFS_0 - and phone appeared to work fine, but all files are gone - not a single ringtone left.

Does anyone know how to solve this without loosing all original ringtones/pictures etc?

Could anyone who have access to Boot-loader.com download a Dreambox S75 full flash, with 0200 language and upload it to www.filedropper.com ? I own Dreambox and Smart-clip, but that stupid team only gives one year download access. Very nice, since they even abandoned Dreambox Siemens.

(obviously, i will never buy products from them again).

...why do you not fullflash your phone using X65Flasher and the good fullflash file for this and try complicated ?
Of course, if you format FFS_0 you loose everyting (except the standard ringtones).
So, I recomand to you to fullflash using X65Flasher software, unlock it after and make firmware upgrade with your prefered language pack.

Formating FFS_0 also deleted the standard ringtones... that's was the problem.

For S75 fullflash, go to http://rapidshare.com/files/126699777/s75_sw47.rar

Before flash, use papuautils to calculate SKEY and BKEY; after save file "config.ini" (enter on Codes menu ->click on "x65flasher.ini" button) in the X65flasher root folder. You need this to connect your phone using X65flasher software.

I have a S75 too, but with bigger problem,I can't acces any file because the phones displays "Please wait" and locks,I can't acces the main menu. I can receive phone calls and acces my menu from where I can open a few function,the rest lock the phone.Is there a way just to reset the phone because now I dont have a data cable to flash it. Or does somebody has the schematic to make the connecions for the data cable?Thanks.

...I posted on this forum schematics for the various service cables.
Go to http://rapidshare.com/files/44149250/Service_cable.rar and download archive (contain schematics and software for unlocking E-Gold and S-Gold phones).
BTW: Type *#9999# and OK -> reset to factory settings

Thanks a lot for the schematic. *#9999# doesn't work,tried it and when the phone asks "Are you sure..?" i click ok but nothing happens.
BTW: I'm from Romania too.

..in this case you need to use papuautils and/or X65Flasher. If you have questions regarding to "How to solve your problem" contact me in PM. Your Eeprom area is damaged.
