| S75 JTAG pinout Hello, can anybody help me to describe the JTAG testpoints at the S75 board? I found them at the page 8 of the schematics, they are DB_TP1016 - DB_TP1021, but I can't find them described at the pinlayout. I am nearly sure they are phyicaly located at the two three-pins rows right next to the Infineon's logo, but don't know which is which.. Thanks in advance |
