S65 flash OK but not CX65

Bought a new DCA-510 to flash my S65 which went fine. MY CX65 however refuses to behave although the cable is detected and shows up in *#06# Info. I cannot connect either manualy or automatically with Siemens update sotware. CX65 is v14 - want to update to v25. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.
