upgrade your phone to v35.
select right flash from dbss by language pack number.
flash with "that options" disabled.
after this, get Winsup 4.18 from http://s75.siemens-club.org/s75soft.html - directlink http://s75.siemens-club.org/files/soft/winswup418.rar

and

SL75_2_ua-retail_35_0330.xfs from http://allsiemens.com/flash/xfs/SL75...35_xfs.zip.htm

Click in FIle-Open..
File type: select XFS and select the XFS file.
In Serial Config, select your serial port and right speed(Can you wait? Select 115k).
Check Skip in Pre-Check, click in START and press POWER in phone.
Wait few minutes and your phone will be ok.

If this XFS doesn't have your languages, you need to backup it first using an app like SiMoCo...
Always use 100% charged battery.
