First clear user data with Milano Backup Tool,next select ST60_Unbranded in Milano Switch tool and finaly Fullflash phone with Milano Download tool!All you need you can find in http://www.uchylakd.wz.cz/index.php?st=st55&nd=download .Its in czech language-if you need help,contact me...
