I can not understand or read russian, but try all option, it will work!
1. First, open software, set COM port (1 or 2) of the serial cable, than close software.

2. Power on the phone, connect the phone to the cable, the cable must be plugged into computer. Open the software, and click as in the attachment.

Yes, the links for full flash are not working..
but for unlock, you don't need full flash!
The tools and all you need for unlock is on my FTP site. Username and password is provided in my first post.

For cable, buy C55 serial datacable or own your cable (DCA500; DCA510;DCA540;DCA550).
