Member: 41076 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 53 | If you have an original Siemens cable: Yes If you have a no name cable: Yes and no. a.) no: you need to solder two 15k resistors to the cable b.) need to activate something with a software that makes communication with data suite possible. (you need to activate it for every new session) |

Member: 49922 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Tutorial how to modif serial/COM x55 no-name cable + pictures here : http://readybb.com/siemensxp/viewtopic.php?t=608 Note: Only work for No-Name cable (3 cables inside the Slimlumberg connector). I made the modif with 10K - 0.25 watt resistor. The cable became recognized by phone as DCA-500 or DCA-510 Have Fun!  |
