in S45i blacklist:

in adressbook you have a item named "Post Code". to this field write D - to drop user with this post code, B to make your phone busy (only this user A - autoanswer him and S - to silent - doesnt ring and vibra.

have a fun

I found that EP by fw similarities between S45i and SL45, but I couldn't test it, it could be wrong (but I think it is 99.99% correct).
BTW, it is for SL45i v56 only!

The patch is right, but you should still use "x" or "X" as code for autoanswer.
I'm going to implement this patch for you, now.
Bye

@Lalo: thanks for the patch auto-answer does not work but other options are working very good. in silent mode phone shuts down? is it normal? in auto-answer mode phone locks and then shuts down.

it would be better if you place your patch between the following addresses;

0x27DD90 - 0x27DDFF

No, it's not normal.
Probably wrong EPs (or better, missing same register settings).
I'll correct and post new version in the afternoon
Bye

@Lalo: for auto-answer mode there is no problem with 24DE but silence mode still does not work i think i solved the problem partially the first part of problem is associated with "S" and "s" which is also used by assign rign tone to different numbers. when i use "S" and "s", phone shuts down. instead i used "M" and "m" respectively and this time phone did not shut down but there were no changes in ringing of the phone. what is the expectation from the silence mode?

thanks,

Naransula

Ahhhhh... probably the silence call is good, but conflict with some previously applied patches, first of all AAA one.
So, probably the work is good if no other AAAlike patch is applied.
Can you post me these AAAlike patches, so I solve the conflict?
Thanks

Silence mode= stop ringing and vibrating without ending incoming call
