How to solve this problem with MSP As we know more and more patches uses MSP (Main Screen Patches) --> e-points from it. MSP uses e-point of battery. When the battery is empty... before we connect our charger, all of patches connected with MSP flash... together with standard indicator of battery. Of course only if we have f.e SOL and over it we have some icon. F.e --> My screen: after keylock: ![]() keypad unlocked: ![]() And my profile logo covers all the indicators at the top (vibra, signal and icon of keypad locked). When the battery is empty... all the icons penetrate on top and it looks very bad... Does anybody know some e-point over battery which doesn`t flash? Or may You know how to do to repair it? Thanks in advance for every help. Regards. GoLL@B.

Its not a bug, its a feature = you only have to recharge your battery to solve this "problem". Or do some experiments with this patch: Code: ; *** Increases phone's on-time when battery is empty (beta1) *** ; ;Firmware : SL45v56 ;Author : rc-flitzer ;Based upon patch from charger ;Created : September 15th, 2005 ; If you have empty battery, this patch increases the time to live for your phone ; from one minute up to several hours. Standard remaining time is set to 1800sec. ; More than two hours (7200sec) is NOT recommended because of possible permanent ; hardware damage of your battery. ; You can setup time period between 'battery empty' warnings. Value should be ; divisble by 5. This is not tested, maybe phone automatically switches off ; after just three warnings. (I'll check this in next days.) ; Short vibra instead of message box is possible. 0x19A520: 1400 FA00 ; time between messages 'battery empty', sec (0xFA = 250sek.) 0x19A53E: 3C00 0807 ; time after switch off, here 0x0708 = 1800 sec = 30min 0x19A570: FD0C 0D0C ; prevent switch-off in other case ; short vibra instead of message box (with standard sound) ; (comment line if you prefer message box) 0x4525FE: E6FCD806 FAC35C02

yes, I know that`s not a bug... I need something for battery that my indicator won`t flash when battery is empty or some e-point over batery - higher address (when we use e-point with higher address, it covers all with lower address) I did Profile Logo and it covers all the indicators (standard battery indicator is keypad dependent so It`s also covered). Can somebody help me? Thanks, GoLL@B.

@trustkill Your "solution" with longer standby-time make the problems even worse... (Okay you can modifiy patch to switch phone immediatly - this would solve problem ![]() OT: Tested your Vibra on Connection modification - works nice - Thank you @goll@b I asked charger (the author of the patch above) for a solution and he replied that there is one but you will never see if battery expires.... He told me some a******* to have a look for. SLIKv56: Flash Patching (3rd part) ... and SLIKv56: Flash Patching (3rd part) ...

Ok, I read these posts and I have a question where must I use this e-point (daa5eeff)? Instead of DAC1E122 (standard battery indicator?) in MSP ?
