if you don't want to use sim but lazy to get Sim out phone.

how can do that ?

This is a nice patch idea you have:

"Flight mode" like in some Nokia Phones... But I dont know if this patch already exists.

There is such a patch for sl4x v.5508 Chinese version.

The flash will disable the use of Sim card when you select the option.

If you use these patches:
- FAV: Favorite Menu (or its "brothers")
- PWS: Phone Without SIM-Card

then you can add these lines in your FAV entry : ... edited

After you execute that, the phone will act as our card is rejected ... Make an Emergency Call, press [Yes], and the [RED] button to go to the main screen.

In my trial, we must restart the phone to connect to the network again ...

The menu item data format is:
;SSS.AAAAAA, where SSS is 3 digit string ID for menu item,

How to know another String ID. ?

String ID are stored in lgp file. Use Smelter or Skylords Language Editor and just set ID as you like (of course in hexadecimal data)
