There is a java activator patch to upload data with you datacable.

All this patches you can apply with V_KLay (but for M55 - not directly to the phone)...

First of all you must download a fullflash, then apply to the fullflash file (!!!!!!not directly to the phone!!!!!!) the patches for disabling CRC:

Code:

109BB0: B8 CC
109BB1: 94 00

;C55v24 - disable second CRC

145BEC: 2D 0D

then upload this ENTIRE fullflash file to the phone. Only after this you can aplly ANY other patches directly to the phone!

YES!, you can use the V_KLay for read a fullflash! (use flasher tab)

If you want to change eeprom, you must use Siemens EEPROM Tool v.2.2 by Skylordfor reading the block (number of block- is a first number, before '_'), then open file with block and edit them (offset in block - is a second number, after '_'), then upload changed block to the phone with help of Siemens EEPROM Tool v.2.2 by Skylord

Sorry, but i can't help - i do not have a C55 (only SL45)...
All pathes (from links above) is written for russian phones and versions of firmware's - may be rus and eng (or other) firmwares have some differences?... i don't know....

The are some problem in your software v_klay v2.3.5.
I have one phone siemens c55 with software v 24 (crc disabled) and when i apply pacth directly to the phone v-klay shows me massage error.
If i apply pacth to the fullflash file and after download the flash file to the phone all ok.
what is the problem?

first of all go to the http://www.vi-soft.com.ua/eng and download latest version 2.3.6.
if after this you still have a error, please post here a text of this error, and specify more details: what version windows you use, what type of datacable (USB or COM), what speed of port...
