Java dictionary

I have one big dictionary English-Bosnian/Croatian in .txt file.
It has following "style":

english word <TAB> Bosnian word<ENTER>
Example:

fish<TAB>riba<ENTER>
road<TAB>put<ENTER>

It can be imported by Excell,as tab delimited
and it's about 6 MB big.
Anyone have any midlet with which this file will work as dictionary on SL45?

Or, is anyone ready to make a midlet?
I know Java programming, but I dont know which classes are implemented in firmware... I have Eclipse for programming in Java...

Converter:

Source text format:

Good luck!

How about an explanation how converter works.
Readme file that is included is in some strange encoding.
What means <#> ?
