Generating VKP GFX patch - how to? - GSM-Forum

Hello!

I want to generate hex format of images which I have to upload using for example Full Flash Modifier. How can I do that to avoid of manual images uploading?

Why do I ask... I want to make applying full graphical menu patch easier. Now I have to firstly use V_KLay software, upload patch (*.vkp) and then use Full Flash Modifier and upload images for this menu... It's very painstaking

I have seen there are some full graphical menu patches (and animated operator logo patches) for example included in 'One Click by THUNDER' sw which allows to use ONLY *.vkp patch which contains code with images, so I don't have to upload images after it, because it's already in. How can I generate this code for the other patches/images?

PLEASE HELP!

How do you generate it? Is there any straight solution?

Use Full Flash Modifier or Siemens Picture Change to convert BMP to HEX.

Hi! I'm new here and I have some problems with SPC2 and M55...
every time I try to change pictures and use the generated patch with v_klay, the phone shuts down, or when it has to show the changed picture it shuts down......so, if you please, I need some help

for images ... simply use "Siemens Picture Change"
