u can rewrite the firmware with v_klay or m55 tool, and the patches will be removed.
but there is one way which is easier... download original updater from www.my-siemens.com (lang and t9 u need) and run it... in aproximately 15 min, you will not have any patches, and will have a m55 v10

firmware update will not erase all data in flexmem & eeprom.
except your write a fullflash backup into your phone.

New V_klay

When I'm ablying these patches to M55 with new V_klay 2.7 which m55 "type" (or what it is?) I should choose?

M55 Bootcore bug
M55 Patched Bootcore
M55 Testpoint
M55 BOOT (bootcore bug)
M55 BOOT (patched bootcore)
M55 BOOT (testpoint)

Which one of these?

BTW: I tried the "Bootcore bug", but it made a lot reading errors.

just try to speed down the baud rate.
and do not try to write any patch into bootcore (by selecting M55 BOOT).
it will destroy your phone!

Question V_Klay Patching+FUBU

Hey pipl,
I'm new to this stuff, so I'm gonna ask stupid questions.
1. If par example someone has the patches I want on his fone, can't I just take his Fubu and put it my fone?
2. Does the Fubu contain the files that I have in my DriveA dirrectory (Ringtones, Pics and Junk)?
3. Does anyone know of a good manual on how to patch in V_Klay for stupid pipl ?
4. if my fone dies, I can re:animate it by reloading my backup Fubu?

that's itfor now but I'll keep bugging you!
Thanx in advance.
