S56 / SL56 T9 Switch (Polish) Siemens Polski Polska - GSM-Forum

I have succesfully substitued T9 table (LG95) in my S56 (AT&T Wireless) with LG 91 which contains polish dictionary.
To do that I used a T9 library (LG91) from an european S55 and WinHex.

I have generated a V-Klay format patch that can be easily applied using V-Klay and a generic data cable (e-bay)

V-klay can be downloaded free (great app!!) from the author's site:

As I understand SL56 software is almost identical so I believe the patch could be applied there, too.

As always before you run it please do a complete backup of your S/W as I take no responsibility for any mishaps here.

how did you unlick your sl56?

freia keeps giving me a boot not accepted

First of all I used V-Klay not Freia, second of all you really have to play with this, turn off the phone, remove the battery, then attach the cable and press power button for just a moment, also make sure you have the latest version (I think it is 2.5 http://www.vi-soft.com.ua/) and finally choose S55 with no test point as a phone type. Let me know how it goes.
