This is only some fragment of a patch. The original patch is a graphical one, which changes the catclock (for SOL3 patch) into rotating earth. If you want catclock, try searching for it. If you want the rotating earth, search for "rotating earth". They're both graphical patches, so it can't do any harm to your phone's function.
Additionally you'll need SOL3 patch from rizapn.
