| Send Message - entrypoint / function? Hi! I'd like to improve SL45i for having firmware possibility of sending concatenated message and EMS. I could write a midlet or a binary for this purpose, but I need the entrypoint for a function sendSMS. Parameters should be a pointer to the full message, including header, user header and text. I'm not that skilled in searching functions. A hint would either be searching for the standard sending routine (but where to find? And where's the message stored?). A better finding solution is IMO the Java routine com.siemens.mp.gsm.SMS(String text, String phoneNumber) (or parameters vice versa). That should be easier to find if someone knows how to find... Has someone the function? Would be great! |

| Cool! Thanks alot, I'll try as soon as possible. Is there a special syntax to call the function or Java functions in common? I'm interested, but don't know much about firmware coding. If anyone else wants to help / dig in firmware, you're welcome. |
