Unhappy side keys not working

Hi,

the side keys on my sl45 are not working( sometimes they work but 95% of time they don't work).

I had FW54 and updated to FW56 and still have the same problem!

Any help?

If you changed the soft, and still bad.
You bet it's hardware problem, 99,99 % contact problem with the side buttons.

SAME PROB

Hi! we have the same problem, though my cp's side keys are really busted.

Before I accidentally damaged the eeprom after trying to improve performance of my battery, my MP3 music are loud enough and no need for volume adjustment. I panicked 'coz my cp won't turn on, no light, no battery meter. But when it was fixed, volume of my MP3 was so low, I could hardly hear it.

Perhaps someone could help us increase the volume thru patch, or whatever ...???
