SL45 "Dream Machine"

SL45 "Dream Machine"
I want to "abuse" my SL45 as a Alarm-Clock.
But not a simple "beep - beep -beep" thing. It must
be my favourite music.

OK, lets start.

First of all I need a adapter, for plugging the phone
to some active Loudspeakers.
http://sl45.sjostedt.no/?page=mods&image=minijack

Second: I don´t want any gsm-radiation@ my bedroom.
Thats easy to do, I applied the "APO- Auto Power on" Patch.
So my mobile turns on@ every time I want.

"You still got no music"

Thats right, for this I will use the "AFA- Another Function
of Appointment" Patch.
By entering a appointment with this text " DADBF886"
the MP3-Player starts@ my favorite time.

"Why is it called Dream-Machine ?"

Thats the last point, I need a patch which turns off
the mobile after a specific period of time, e.g. 20 Minutes.
Thats easy, riza developed a patch called "CFS. Chronometer for Shutdown".
(If someone can delete the 3 beeps at the end of countdown ?)

I start my favourite "dreaming" music, then I can enter the "Chronometer-
Countdown" Menu (of course I added the patch "DSE - Doing something else
while playing MP3"). Then I just set the timer - and sleep.

The other morning, my phone turns on@ 07:29 (Ooh, I forgot to say:
I applied the patch "Disable Aerocheck" too ;-).
Then @07:30 my favourite music plays and I´m happy !

Phone´s software is 99% done (only the beeps@ end of countdown
should be removed.)
Now I´m waiting for the "hardware": Adapter for plugging the phone
to the speakers; Actice Loudspeakers with no noise in "idle" mode.

I take some pictures if its done.

Any suggestions or comments ?

You can put the SL to your stereo, there is a cinch-adapter. Because the stereo should not run the whole night, you set a time-switching clock on 7:29 am.
But if you do this effort, you better could plug a real mp3-player on your stereo, or the cd-player.
Or you sleep in while you have the earphones still wearing. But I think that would get you very bound by the next morning.

I already own a high-end stereo... But it is in my living room not in my bedroom. And I already own a mp-3 Player = SL45....

Its an easy and of course very curious way to do myself a alarm-clock.
8€ for the cable, several hours of patching

One strange thing I want to share with all of you:

If you want this:

***Auto-Power on via "APO-Patch", then use "AFA" to autoplay MP3***

you have to do a minimum 2 minute difference between these 2 actions,
otherwise the APO-Patch turns on phone AND starts making alert...

e.g.:

07:28 APO: Power on
07:30 AFA: dadbf886 (autoplay MP3)
