SL45i. Error Insert telephone code. Locked - GSM-Forum

I have a old siemens sl45i. I have insert a bad telephone code for three times and the telephon is locked. I have updated the firmware and the eeprom memory. The telephone is still locked. The last possibility is upgrade the flash memory but i don't have the software and the binary file per make this. Somebody can help me? Thanks!!!

user: mobile
password: elibom
and download fullflash file SL45i_5601_fubu.zip
For the software, use VKlay or SST.

The upgrade is completed successfully but when I start the phone on display is printed "Wrong Software"!!! I don't know why.

unlock it and change IMEI (using your IMEI) with FREIA
