The newest "More Shortcut Patch" seems to fix some crashes. As I used version 2 of that patch the phone crashed as I crawled through the SMS Inbox and tries to directly answer on a message.... in 80% of the cases the phone ***** up Now it seems to be fixed Thanks

I think that "BFP. Bitmap File Preview" has a bug. When I preview a bitmap and then press 'Cancel' (not 'Open') my old bitmap, the one that was situated on my display, is removed.

I think this sentence means your bug... and if I'm wrong this bug seems to be harmless and must not be "fixed"

The problem is what do we call a bug and "dirty patch"... I've reported that problem as I thought that BFP shouldn't behave like this. Unfortunately only RizaPN can end our doubts

No, my dirty word means, the trick/method used in the patch is not good enough (due to a limited knowledge of course). But, the result should not be dirty. The h3ct0r report is really bug.

@H3ct0R: what do you mean with : "When I preview a bitmap and then press 'Cancel' (not 'Open') my old bitmap", becuase in my phone the button is : [Save] and [Cancel], there is no [Open] button (maybe [Open] is in the previous screen if we patch the rightSoftKey button for CardExplorer). So, which screen did you mean? After previewing, or the one before?

Also, in my phone, everything is working fine. If we press [Cancel] then the old bitmap will not be changed, and still there, not removed. Does someone else using this patch has a same problem with H3ct0r?

@Rizapn
I have the same problem as H3ct0r!!!
In the preview screen, If I choose "Save" everything is ok but if I choose "Cancel" the previous picture in my display will be deleted and it goes back to the operator logo!!
Of course before testing this I disabled "animated operator logo" and "digital clock" from the application menu.

I'm sorry for this mistake, of course you are right. I have the same button text but I use polish language and haven't checked the english counterpart correctly. I apologize for the mess.

Ups, 3 people reporting the same bugs is more than enough (for me). But, really, I have check the source again and again (yes, "only" twice, I'll do it again ), nothing could make that happened. I think about other patch combination also, but ...

BTW...
1/ How if you guys quit from that screen by pressing another button (not the Cancel ones) ?
2/ Is there anyone applying that patch with no problem? (Cancel is not delete the previous op.logo)...

Okay I was wrong

Well...I've got the same "bug" but really the patch is good enough even if it's a bit dirty.

1./ I press the cancel button to quit the preview (I think the others too), after pressing cancel it jumps back to the bitmap folder and if you quit the card-explorer, voila the picture is deleted........

Very-very strange ... that is not happened in my phone. Goto CardExplorer - Bitmap - Open - Cancel - RED - RED, and ... everything is back, just like the original condition ...

OK, I change a little ...
please try to UNDO the existing ones, and apply this :

For Me the bug exists.everytime I load bitmap then press cancel and go to main menu with red button, The background bitmap disapears. I must load and save the pic again.it automatically unloads the screen bitmap when only viewing it.
