WML - WMLS applications - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I've found on WEB some apps&games that could be executed offline on my S45i mobile (like Java but less powerful) using its WAP interface. Those apps are written in WML/WMLS (a lighter HTML, I think), and the compiled files have .wmlc/.wmlsc extension.
Someone could help me to find utils to make .wlmc/.wmlsc executable and the bitmaps .wbmp files starting from WML/WMLS source code? And/or IDE to test the apps without using mobile?

For WBMP pictures I use WBMP butterfly.
For compiling I used wml-tools, but currenlty the link is not working.
Another good tool is WAPSimulator
