Repair SL75 Eeprom

I have a SL75 that has a problem with the Eeprom that I would like to fix! The problem occurred when I was attempting a full flash with VKlay when the connection was broken, now all the phone does is beep when the power switch is pressed. Some research in the forums has suggested that the Eeprom is damaged? I have attempted a repair with Siemens EEPROM tool V3.15 however all I get is an error message that some blocks were not written to the phone, leaving me with the same problem.
Any advice and suggestions are most welcome.
Thank you

Using EEPROM tool, I have managed to make a copy of the EEPROM/BOOTCORE file but when I try to load it into my phone I keep getting and unable to load messages for different blocks, 5005, 5007, 5008 and 5009 but to mention just a few? How does Siemens load the files? I would imagine that there must be a way of installing these files?

What kind of software are we talking about? Is it readily available? If it is not, where does this leave us? Are we stuck?
