winswup for cx75 - battery problem


when i try to connect cx75, always say battery not fully charged, but i already full charge.

What to do?

phone already unlocked, the problem is same. If i start with auto-update phone, get this message:

skip pre and post check, press start and push power on your phone, don't use usb serial port...
